How our Plan works: We’ll do the same work the 6% Real Estate Agencies do, for a lot less. When your home sells, you’ll pay 3.1% commission where 2.1% goes to the Buyers Broker and 1% to Express Realty.

Here’s how we earn our 1%

·        Place your home on the MLS for maximum exposure

·        We’ll Take all the interior/exterior pictures

·        Place your home on our website

·        We’ll set-up all the showings and follow-up with showing reports

·        We’ll  work with Co-op Brokers for a “quick-sale”

·        We’ll present you with Offers

·        Do all necessary paperwork for a Complete Sale

·        Work with Title Companies so there’s “no surprises” at closing
